Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Custom Orders: Custom pottery orders may require additional time for production and processing. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for these items.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping:
Standard International: 10-20 business days
Expedited International: 5-10 business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided. Please visit the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International Orders: Traditional Maker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Damaged Goods: Traditional Maker is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Claim Filing: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Provide photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate the claims process.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy: Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at traditionalmaker100@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping Costs for Returns: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
Shipping Restrictions
Delivery Locations: We currently ship to most locations worldwide. However, certain remote locations may have restrictions or extended delivery times.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses at this time.
